Slaughter (1972 film)

Slaughter is a 1972 Blaxploitation film which was released during that early 1970s film era. It was directed by Jack Starrett and stars Jim Brown as a black Vietnam veteran and former Green Beret captain who is referred to only by his last name Slaughter. He seeks revenge for the murder of his parents by the Mafia, to whom his father had ties. This film was followed by a sequel the following year, Slaughter's Big Rip-Off (1973).
