Stepan Petrovich Beletsky
Stepan Petrovich Beletsky (Russian: Белецкий Степан Петрович) (Chernigov, around 1872-Moscow, 5 September 1918) was a Ukrainian statesman in the Russian Empire and the Head of the Police Department and involved in scandals around Grigori Rasputin. In January 1914 he was appointed as senator in the State Council.
