Thomas Lyttleton Lyon
Thomas Lyttleton Lyon (17 February 1869 – October 7, 1938) was an award winning American soil scientist who wrote on the nitrogen cycle. He was secretary of the American Society of Agronomy from 1907 to 1909. He was a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and a member of the American Chemical Society. His Principle of Soil Management went through 10 editions.
