Touch Me (Gary Glitter album)

Touch Me is Gary Glitter's second album, released in 1973. It includes the top five hits "Do You Wanna Touch Me? (Oh Yeah!)" and "Hello, Hello, I'm Back Again". It was issued as he was reaching the height of his fame, but does not contain his career anthem "I'm the Leader of the Gang I Am!" (UK #1) or its follow-up "I Love You Love Me Love" (UK #1), as this album was issued several months before. The album was also reissued in 1996 as a picture disc that was limited to 5000 copies, which had a slightly differing track list than the album (included four added tracks: "Oh Yes! You're Beautiful", "I Would If I Could but I Can't", "I'm Right, You're Wrong, I Win" and "I'll Carry Your Picture Everywhere". The album was a best-seller, reaching number 2 in the UK charts.
