U.S. Route 301 (US 301) in the U.S. state of Georgia, travels north–south from the St. Marys River southeast of Folkston to the Savannah River northeast of Sylvania. The route is signed concurrently with various state highways. It uses SR 4/SR 15 from Florida to Folkston, SR 23 from Folkston to Glennville, and SR 73 from Glennville to the Savannah River southwest of Allendale, South Carolina, except in Sylvania, where much of it is signed with SR 73 Loop. Large portions of US 301 in Georgia are concurrent with US 25.
