As of June 2016, the mall is almost 95% vacant – with AMC Theatres, Cupertino Ice Center, Bowlmor Lanes, Tatami Sushi & Seafood Buffet, Cold Stone Creamery, Dynasty Seafood Restaurant, Benihana, SportAction, Golden Vision Optometry, and Dr. Fred Slater, Optometrist as the only remaining tenants.
