Young Boys Incorporated, also known as Y.B.I., was a major street gang in Detroit, Michigan, who were among the first African American drug cartels to operate on inner city street corners. The Young Boys were innovative, opening franchises in other cities, using youth too young to be prosecuted as drug runners, promoting brand names, and unleashing extreme brutality to frighten away rivals.
