11 Hoyt is a residential skyscraper in the Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, designed by architect Studio Gang with executive architect Hill West and developed by real estate conglomerate Tishman Speyer. The building's design somewhat resembles that of 8 Spruce Street by architect Frank Gehry. Sales for condominiums in the building launched in September 2018. JPMorgan Chase is providing financing for the deal. The building topped out in June 2019. The building is part of the larger Tishman-led project to redevelop the former Macy's branch in Brooklyn.
