The 1924 Georgia Bulldogs football team represented the Georgia Bulldogs of the University of Georgia during the 1924 Southern Conference football season. In the team's second season under head coach George Cecil Woodruff, the Bulldogs completed the season with a record of 7–3–0. It included a narrow 7–6 loss to football powerhouse Yale. The other losses in the season came in the last two games against Southern Conference (SoCon) champion Alabama and Southern champion Centre. Six of the seven wins in the season were shutouts. All-Southerns included end Smack Thompson and tackle Jim Taylor.
