1953–54 Scottish Inter-District Championship

The 1953–54 Scottish Inter-District Championship was a rugby union competition for Scotland's district teams. This season saw the first formal Scottish Inter-District Championship. The district sides selected were Glasgow District, Edinburgh District, North and South. The Midlands district was not represented. Instead their players were selected in the formation of the North side. Edinburgh District won the inaugural competition with a maximum three wins.
