1990 East Texas State Lions football team

The 1990 East Texas State Lions football team represented East Texas State University in the 1990 NCAA Division II football season. They were led by head coach Eddie Vowell, who was in his fifth season at East Texas State. The Lions played their home games at Memorial Stadium in Commerce, Texas and were members of the Lone Star Conference. The Lions finished the season with a 10–3 record and won the Lone Star Conference Championship, their first since 1983. Receiver Gary Compton was a Harlon Hill Trophy nominee.
