2000 United States presidential election in Oregon
The 2000 United States presidential election in Oregon was held on Tuesday, November, 7, 2000 as part of the concurrent United States presidential election. Voters chose seven electors, or representatives to the Electoral College, who voted for President and Vice-President. Bush became the first Republican ever to win the White House without carrying Washington County. As of 2020, this is the last time Oregon has voted to the right of Pennsylvania or Minnesota.
