2017 Wrestling World Cup – Men's freestyle

The 2017 Wrestling World Cup - Men's freestyle was the last of a set of three Wrestling World Cups in 2017 which were held in Kermanshah, Iran on 16–17 February 2017. On 3 February 2017, Iran blocked the United States' team from entering the country or participating in the tournament, in retaliation for an executive order blocking entry into the country by residents of specific countries associated with terrorist activity, such as Iran. However, the ban was lifted on 6 February 2017 after a request from both Iranian and American federations.
