2018 European Championship (darts)
The 2015 European Championship was the eleventh edition of the Professional Darts Corporation's European Championship tournament, which saw the top players from the thirteen European tour events compete against each other. The tournament took place from 6–9 October 2018 at the City West in Dublin, Ireland. Michael van Gerwen was the four-time World Grand Prix champion, after defeating 5–3 in . However, he lost against 0-2 in sets in the second round, ending a 21-game unbeaten run.
