Acleris cervinana is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alabama, Alberta, Arkansas, British Columbia, California, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New Brunswick, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Tennessee, Vermont and West Virginia. The larvae feed on Betula alleghaniensis, Corylus and Alnus species.
