Adolf von Baeyer
Adolf von Baeyer (né Johann Friedrich Wilhelm Adolf Baeyer le 31 octobre 1835 à Berlin - 20 août 1917 à Starnberg, Empire allemand) est un chimiste allemand qui synthétisa l'indigo et obtint en 1905 le prix Nobel de chimie après avoir été lauréat de la médaille Davy en 1881. Il est devenu membre étranger de la Royal Society le 10 décembre 1885.
