Alan Trask
William Alan Trask (June 26, 1933 – January 9, 2019) was an American politician in the state of Florida. Trask was born in Bartow, Florida. He attended the University of Florida and Florida Southern College. He was elected to the State Senate for the 27th district in 1968 and served until 1971. He was redistricted to the 13th district in 1973, and served until 1982. He was a former president pro tempore of the senate and was a member of the Democratic Party.
