Albert Vexler is an academic based at University of Buffalo, New York. In 2015, he was appointed to the editorial board of Biometrics as associate editor, where he served until December 31, 2017. Vexler was born in Birobidzhan, The Jewish Autonomous Oblast, USSR on 23 September 1971. His Ph.D. degree in Statistics and Probability Theory was obtained from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2003. His Ph.D. advisor was , Professor, Fellow of the American Statistical Association. Vexler was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Biometry and Mathematical Statistics Branch at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
