Aminu Saleh
Aminu Saleh is a Nigerian administrator, former Finance Minister of Nigeria, and permanent secretary in the Nigerian ministry of Defense. He became the chairman of the National Qu'ranic Recitation Committee in 2006. He is an indigene of Bauchi State and has served in various capacities at both the state and the federal level. He served Obasanjo's regime in the 1970s and Abacha's beginning in 1992.
