Andy Buckley (hurler)

Andy "Dooric" Buckley (born 1884) was an Irish hurler who played as a full-forward for the Cork senior team. Born in Blackrock, County Cork, Buckley first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of twenty-one when he first linked up with the Cork senior team. He made his senior debut during the delayed 1903 championship. Buckley immediately became a regular member of the starting team, and won one All-Ireland medal and two Munster medals.
