Aromanians

The Aromanians (Aromanian: Armãnji, Rrãmãnji) are a Romance ethnic group native to the Balkans, traditionally living in Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, northern and central Greece, central and southern Albania, south-western Bulgaria and the Dinaric Mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, and currently to be found in central and southern Albania, south-western Bulgaria, south-western North Macedonia, northern and central Greece, southern Serbia and south-eastern Romania (Dobruja). The Aromanians are also known by several names, such as "Vlachs" or "Macedo-Romanians" (sometimes used to also refer to the Megleno-Romanians).
