Borghild Røyseland (23 August 1926 – 13 July 2020) was a Norwegian politician. She was born in Kvinesdal to Ånen Jerstad and Bertine Marie Gjelmestad, and settled in Sandnes. She was elected representative to the Storting for the period 1985–1989 for the Christian Democratic Party, from the constituency of Rogaland. She was reelected for the period 1989–1993. She died on 13 July 2020, at the age of 93.
