Cabinet Ramelow I
The 8th Cabinet of the German federal state of Thuringia, formed on December 5, 2014, was the first cabinet of a German federal state to be led by a member of The Left. A so-called "red-red-green coalition", it was coalition between Die Linke, the SPD, and the Greens, and was headed by Bodo Ramelow. The CDU and AfD served as the government's opposition in the Landtag, which consists of 91 members. The Ramelow Cabinet was composed of 5 ministers from Die Linke, 3 ministers from the SPD, and 2 ministers from the Greens.
