Camille Cogswell

Camille Cogswell is a chef. She was named the James Beard Foundation's Rising Star Chef in 2018 and was on the Forbes list of 30 Under 30 – Food & Drink. Cogswell was born in Asheville, North Carolina and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. She worked in New York City at The NoMad before coming to Philadelphia to work at Zahav. She was the head pastry chef at Zahav and, in July 2018, she led the opening of K'Far, an Israeli café and bakery created by the team behind Zahav.
