Choi Yeong-hae
Choi Yeong-hae (Korean: 최영해) is a South Korean former long track speed skater . She represented South Korea at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women in 1956, finishing 11th overall. She was the second South Korean female at the world championships, after Jang In-suk in 1949.
