Crystal Slope

Crystal Slope (77°32′S 167°9′E / 77.533°S 167.150°E) is a western slope at about 3,700 metres (12,100 ft) between Camp Slope and Robot Gully, leading down from the summit crater rim of Mount Erebus, Ross Island. It was so named because the slope includes a talus of large anorthoclase feldspar crystals.
