Dolenjske Toplice

Dolenjske Toplice (pronounced [dɔˈleːnskɛ tɔˈpliːtsɛ]; German: Töplitz) is a settlement near Novo Mesto in southeastern Slovenia and is the seat of the Municipality of Dolenjske Toplice. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region. The town lies on the , which joins the Krka 2 km north of town. It is a spa town known for its thermal baths established in 1658 by the Counts of Auersperg.
