Donald L. Graham

Donald L. Graham (born December 15, 1948) is a Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Graham was born in Salisbury, North Carolina. He received a B.A. from West Virginia State College in 1971. He received a J.D. from Ohio State University College of Law in 1974. He was an Adjunct instructor, University of Maryland from 1975 to 1977. He was in the United States Army Major, JAG Corps from 1974 to 1979. He was an assistant U.S. Attorney of Southern District of Florida from 1979 to 1984. He was in the United States Army Reserve, JAG Corps from 1983 to 1991. He was in private practice of law in Miami, Florida from 1984 to 1991.
