Eddie Teo
Eddie Teo Chan Seng, DUNU (simplified Chinese: 张赞成; traditional Chinese: 張贊成; pinyin: Zhāng Zàn Chéng) is the Chairman of the Council of Presidential Advisers. He was the Chairman of Singapore's Public Service Commission from 2008 till 31 July 2018. A civil servant in the Administrative Service for 35 years, he retired in 2005. For his contributions to the Singapore Public Service, Teo was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold) (1983), the Meritorious Service Medal (1997), the Distinguished Service Order (2006) and the Order of Nila Utama (2017).
