The effects of the 2013 Pacific typhoon season in the Philippines were considered some of the worst in decades. Throughout the year, series of typhoons impacted the country, with the worst damage especially death toll from Typhoon Haiyan during November. Moreover, this is the first time that PAGASA had used all 25 names in their list since 2004 which also marks one of a few active seasons.
