The Elimination of Sexual Violence Bill (Indonesian: Rancangan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual, abbreviated RUU PKS) is a proposed bill aimed to tackle sexual violence in Indonesia. In July 2020, People's Representative dropped the discussion and deliberation of the bill stating 'difficulties' to discuss it further. This bill was proposed on January 26, 2016. This bill focuses on the prevention of sexual violence, more rights for victims and to acknowledge marital rape.
