Everett A. Kelly
Everett A. Kelly (September 2, 1926 – November 13, 2018) was an American politician who served as a Member of the Florida House of Representatives representing from 1978 to 1982, the 46th district from 1982 to 1992, and the from 1992 until 2000. He served as Speaker Pro Tempore from 1990 to 1992. Elected as a Democrat in 1978, he was reelected to nine more two-year terms before changing parties in August 1997 to become a Republican, and winning reelection in 1998 to his 11th and final term.
