Frida Torresblanco

Frida Torresblanco is a Spanish American independent film and television producer known for her work with Alfonso Cuarón and Guillermo del Toro. Frida has produced a variety of independent films including The Assassination of Richard Nixon starring Sean Penn and Naomi Watts, John Malkovich's The Dancer Upstairs starring Javier Bardem, Rudo y Cursi, Crónicas, Locked In, Gaudi Afternoon and Guillermo del Toro's Academy Award-winning film Pan's Labyrinth. In 2010, Frida launched her production company Braven Films whose first film (Magic Magic, starring Michael Cera) was released in 2013.
