Gmina Stara Biała

Gmina Stara Biała is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Płock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Biała, which lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Płock and 101 km (63 mi) north-west of Warsaw. The gmina takes its name from the village of Stara Biała. The gmina covers an area of 111.12 square kilometres (42.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population was 10,040. The gmina contains part of the protected area called Brudzeń Landscape Park.
