Gojko Cimirot

Gojko Cimirot (Bosnian pronunciation: [ɡôːjko tsǐmirot]; born 19 December 1992) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Belgian First Division A club Standard Liège and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. Cimirot started his professional career at Leotar, before joining Sarajevo in 2013. Two years later, he moved to PAOK. In 2018, he was transferred to Standard Liège. A former youth international for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cimirot made his senior international debut in 2014, earning over 30 caps since.
