Gostomia [ɡɔsˈtɔmʲa] (German: Simsdorf, Silesian: Gostōmia) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Biała, within Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Biała Prudnicka, 14 km (9 mi) north-east of Prudnik, and 34 km (21 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II). The German name is Simsdorf. The village has a population of 392.
