Governor's Square Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Clarksville, Tennessee. The anchor stores are Dick's Sporting Goods, Ross Dress For Less, JCPenney, Belk, Old Navy, and Dillard's. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Sears. At the time of its opening in 1986, the area around I-24 Exit 4 was largely undeveloped. The mall is now the center of the retail and commercial district for the Clarksville area. On October 15, 2018, it was announced that Sears would be closing as part of a plan to close 142 stores nationwide.
