Gran Metalik (born November 3, 1988) is an anonymous Mexican luchador enmascarado (masked professional wrestler) currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw and NXT brands. His real name has not been officially documented, a tradition in Mexican lucha libre where masked wrestlers' real names often are not a matter of public record. In Mexico and Japan, he is best known for his decade-long stint in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) under the ring name Máscara Dorada. He made his debut in 2005, originally using the masked persona Plata II. He later used the ring name Metalik, holding the local Occidente Welterweight Championship, but abandoned the championship when he adopted the Máscara Dorada character.
