Henry Charles Sirr (1764–1841) was an Irish soldier, police officer, wine merchant and collector, prominent in his role in supressing the Society of United Irishmen and their republican insurrection in 1798, including the arrest and fatal shooting of Lord Edward Fitzgerald.
