Hon Sui Sen

Hon Sui Sen (simplified Chinese: 韩瑞生; traditional Chinese: 韓瑞生; pinyin: Hán Ruìshēng; 16 April 1916 - 14 October 1983) was a Singaporean politician. A member of the ruling People's Action Party (PAP), he served as the Minister of Finance until 1983. He was also the chairman of the Economic Development Board and Development Bank of Singapore, and chairman of Monetary Authority of Singapore from 1971 to 1980.
