Howard Beck
Howard Beck (born July 6, 1968 in Oakland, California) is an American journalist. Beck has covered the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Los Angeles Daily News, the New York Times and more recently, Bleacher Report. Since December 2020, he has been an NBA senior writer for Sports Illustrated, where he also cohosts the The Crossover podcast with Chris Mannix. From 2017 to 2020, Beck also created and hosted The Full 48 podcast. Guests included NBA commissioner Adam Silver, Actor, Kelly Aucoin, LA Lakers owner Jeanie Buss, Counting Crows lead singer, Adam Duritz and others.
