Hyderabad Massacre
The Hyderabad Massacre of 1948, or the Hyderabad Massacre refers to the mass killings of civilians that took place in the aftermath of the Indian invasion of Hyderabad. The killings, perpetrated by Indian soldiers, as well as local militias, resulted in the deaths of more than 200,000 civilians from September to October 1948.
