Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu
Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu (transl. Youth is swinging) is a 1978 Indian Tamil-language romance film written and directed by C. V. Sridhar. The film stars Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Sripriya and Jayachitra. It focuses on two friends falling in love with the same woman. Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu was released on 9 June 1978. The film ran for 175 days in theatres, and won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Film. Sridhar later remade the film in Telugu as Vayasu Pilichindi the same year, with the main cast reprising their roles, and in Hindi as Dil-e-Nadaan (1982).
