Indumadhab Mallick (Bengali: ইন্দুমাধব মল্লিক; 4 December 1869 – 8 May 1917) was an Indian polymath who invented the Icmic cooker and made it a commercial success. He was a philosopher, physicist, botanist, lawyer, physician, inventor, entrepreneur, collector, traveler, writer and social reformer.
