International Electron Devices Meeting
The IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM) is an annual micro- and nanoelectronics conference held each December that serves as a forum for reporting technological breakthroughs in the areas of semiconductor and related device technologies, design, manufacturing, physics, modeling and circuit-device interaction. In order to protect the health and safety of the scientific community in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 66th annual IEEE-IEDM was held as a virtual conference, from December 12–18, 2020.
