J. G. W. Wilmot
John George Winchester Wilmot (19 September 1830 – 3 August 1895) was a pioneering coffee planter in Sri Lanka and a surveyor in Victoria, Australia. In the latter role, he named several Victorian places, including Baddaginnie, Dimboola, Glenrowan, Shepparton and Winton.
