J. Richard Harvey is at Villanova University School of Law and Graduate Tax Program. He joined the faculty in 2010, and previously served as professor at Bucknell University and The College of New Jersey. He is a frequent speaker quoted in the press, and has delivered speeches to the Canadian Tax Foundation, Multistate Tax Commission, American Bar Association, , , and the . He has also testified before the United States Congress on the international tax planning done by Apple, Inc. and other multinational companies.
