Jami Masjid Bharuch

Jami Masjid is a mosque that is present at the top of the hill at Bharuch Fort. The mosque was built in 14th century AD. Remains of a Jain temple were used to create this mosque. The mosque consists of a courtyard with gateways and there is a sanctuary at its western end. The prime sanctuary is an open pillared veranda. There is no façade of arches there. The interior of the mosque is divided by 48 pillars. The mosque has three main domes and ten smaller domes.
