John Maynard Harlan
John Maynard Harlan was an American lawyer and politician who served as a member of the Chicago City Council. Harlan would, multiple times, run for the mayoralty of Chicago. He was the son and father of United States Supreme Court associate justices (the elder and the younger John Marshall Harlans, respectively).
