Johnny Hunt (footballer)

John "Johnny" Hunt (born 23 August 1990) is an English professional footballer who last played for Prestatyn Town as a left-back. Hunt started his career known as ‘Fowler’ in St Francis De Sales School Infants and Junior School in Walton, Liverpool. He then joined Wrexham and adopted the name sniffer, though to be due to multiple teammates catching him sniffing his fingers. He then progressed through the youth academy at Wrexham before making his first-team debut towards the end of the 2009–10 season. He spent five seasons at Wrexham, during his time there he scored the winning penalty in the 2013 FA Trophy Final at Wembley Stadium.
